I've been doing this since I was eleven years old.
That's when I typed up business cards on a typewriter — one at a time — and started knocking on doors in my neighborhood asking if I could mow lawns. Twenty-five years later, I'm still at it.
I started Neon Pest & Lawn myself, and we've been serving Horry County for more than a decade. This isn't a franchise. The people who pull into your driveway are our people — a small crew running the same routes, week after week.
What I care about is the whole experience, not just the treatment. That means showing up when we say we will, picking up the phone when you call, and doing the maintenance right so you're not calling us back about the same problem next month. Full service, start to finish.
Outside of work, I'm a dad to four kids — and most of my free time goes to them and my family.

Yes. Same owner, same team, same crews — new name. Neon Pest & Lawn reflects that we do both pest control and lawn care, not just mowing.
How We Work
- Licensed applications. Every pesticide application is performed by, or under the direct license of, a South Carolina licensed applicator. Tony and I both hold licenses.
- Body cameras on every tech. It keeps us honest about closing gates and not missing spots — and it means there's never a dispute about what happened on your property.
- Honest recommendations. If your lawn doesn't need a treatment, we'll tell you. If quarterly is enough, we won't sell you bi-monthly.
- Pricing you can see — in minutes, not days. Most services are priced online in about two minutes, so you're not waiting days for someone to drive out and measure. Very few companies can price this way. The ones that genuinely need measuring, we measure — free.
- We come back. If pests return between scheduled services, we re-treat at no charge.
