No — those three have to be measured in person. Bed sizes, sod area, and shrub condition vary far too much to price honestly from a web form.

Your price is averaged out over the full 12 months, even for services that ramp up and down with the season. Summer mowing, for example, takes a lot longer and costs more in labor and materials than a mow in February — and fertilizer and herbicide for your whole program get bought in bulk ahead of time.

Leveling the payment out over the year means you pay the same amount every month instead of a small bill in winter and a big one in July. It's the same total cost either way, just spread evenly.

Your agreement covers the treatments remaining in the current calendar year, not a full year from day one. We'll walk you through exactly what's left when you sign up.

Either of us can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Service continues at the normal rate during that notice period.

If you cancel within the first 12 months of your agreement, a 20% surcharge applies to completed treatments and to summer mowing visits (June through September) — those cost us more in labor and materials, and the reasoning is the same as the billing question above.

Yes — 3% off for pre-paying your full contract, by cash or check only.

Yes — our Bundle & Save program takes 5% off your recurring price when you have two core services, and 10% off with three or more. Core services are lawn care, mowing, pest control, mosquito, and termite.

Every application is performed by, or under the direct license of, a South Carolina licensed pesticide applicator, and every product is applied according to its label — which includes specific re-entry guidance.

Our standard guidance is simple: stay off the treated area for at least an hour, until it's dry. A few products call for longer than that on the label — if yours does, your technician will tell you before they leave. Rodent bait is always placed in tamper-resistant stations, positioned out of reach.

For most exterior services, no. For an interior treatment or an inspection, yes — we need access. We'll let you know which applies when you book.

We come back at no charge. If you see activity between scheduled visits, call us and we'll return to re-treat. That's included with any ongoing pest plan.

Seeing more activity in the first few days is normal, and it usually means the treatment is working — products flush pests out of wall voids and hiding places before they die.

If you're still seeing steady activity after about two weeks, call us. That's what the re-service is for.

Most homes on this coast do best on a quarterly plan — four services a year, timed to seasonal pest pressure.

Homes backing up to woods or water sometimes do better bi-monthly. We'll tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Both. Bi-weekly mowing includes trimming, edging, and blowing. Weed control and fertilization are a separate service. Plenty of customers use both, but either works on its own.

Yes — give the office 5 days' notice and we'll refund that visit. Field crews aren't able to process schedule changes or cancellations on the spot, so call the office directly rather than telling the crew at your door.

We'll need a spare key on site or a gate code. If the crew can't get in and has to make a return trip, there's a $35 return fee.

Please clear it before your visit. If it's not cleared, our crew will handle it, and a $10 cleanup charge applies.

If you'd rather not think about it at all, ask about Poo Patrol — our standalone pet waste cleanup service, 24 visits a year, bi-weekly from January through December.
