Peaceful Bi-Weekly Mowing is 17 visits a year, and every visit includes the whole job, not just the cut:
- Mowing at the correct height for your turf type
- String trimming around the home and obstacles
- Edging driveways, curbs, and sidewalks
- Blowing clippings off hard surfaces and beds
Cutting too short is the most common thing we fix on new properties. Scalped grass burns in summer heat and lets weeds in.

Peaceful PLUS Bi-Weekly Mowing includes everything in regular mowing, plus 20 spot treatments a year to kill weeds in your driveways and flower beds. If you're tired of weeds creeping through the cracks and into your beds between mowing visits, this is the fix.

Our bi-weekly schedule keeps most lawns looking sharp all year. But if you've ever looked at your yard in June and thought it could use another pass, you're not wrong — grass grows fastest in the heat of the summer, and every other week can start to feel like a stretch.
That's why we offer a weekly mowing add-on. From mid-May through mid-August, we add 6 extra visits to your regular schedule, so your lawn gets cut every week through the fastest-growing stretch of the season. Everything included in your normal visit comes with it — mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing off the hard surfaces.
Once the growing season slows down in August, you go right back to your regular bi-weekly schedule. No long-term commitment, and you can add it to an existing plan any time.

Weed Control & Fertilization
Premium Fertilization & Weed Control is 9 treatments a year, matched to your turf type and the season:
- Premium fertilizer applications, including spot spraying weeds
- Pre-emergent applications to prevent many tough weeds
- Post-emergent treatments to kill existing weeds
- Soil amendments and micronutrients to aid soil development
- A visit every single month in summer, so weeds don't get ahead of us

Watering matters more than anything we apply
On sandy coastal soil, irrigation is the single biggest factor in how a lawn looks. Deep and infrequent beats short and daily. Your technician will tell you exactly what your yard needs — it's the first thing we check on a free lawn inspection.
The Program, Round by Round
Nine treatments a year, on a schedule built for coastal turf — including a stop every single month in summer, when weed pressure is hardest to keep down. Every visit includes weed control — the fertilizer and pre-emergent rotate by season.
Round 1 · January
Pre-emergent goes down early here. Winter weed post-emergent, plus a humic soil amendment.
Round 2 · February
Second pre-emergent application and broadleaf post-emergent, ahead of soil temperatures rising.
Round 3 · March
Switch to a longer-residual pre-emergent. Post-emergent for tougher weeds, plus organic-based fertilizer with micronutrients as green-up begins.
Round 4 · April
Custom-blended nitrogen and potassium mix, plus continued pre- and post-emergent coverage.
Round 5 · May
Custom fertilizer mix with post-emergent including sedge control — the weed most programs charge extra for.
Round 6 · June–July
Summer feeding matched to heat, with continued weed and sedge control.
Round 7 · August
Peak-season maintenance through the hardest stretch of the year for coastal turf.
Round 8 · September–October
Fall pre-emergent — this is what prevents the winter weeds you'd otherwise be fighting in January.
Round 9 · December–January
Dormant-season weed control — winter weeds are easiest to stop while the lawn is dormant and they have nothing to hide behind.

Why 30–40 days between visits matters
Weeds don't wait 50 days. A longer interval means new weeds germinate, mature, and go to seed between treatments — and you're paying to fight next season's crop too. Tighter spacing is more visits, but it's why the lawn actually stays clean.
