How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the size of your home and the plan. You can see your exact price in about two minutes with the online quote tool. New customers can get their first pest control service for $29 instead of $99 with a 2-year service agreement.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Only if you take a discounted first-service offer. The $29 first pest service and $9 first lawn treatment each require a 2-year agreement. Start at regular price and there's no agreement — and free inspections never require one.
Are treatments safe around kids and pets?
Every application is performed by, or under the direct license of, a South Carolina licensed pesticide applicator, and every product is applied according to its label, which includes re-entry guidance. Your technician tells you directly if you need to keep children or pets off an area, and for how long. Rodent bait goes in tamper-resistant stations, out of reach.
What if pests come back between services?
We come back at no charge. Call us and we'll return to re-treat. That's included with any ongoing pest plan.
